WINES FROM THIS PRODUCER
Formica Pazza Gialla is the sparkling wine we always drink for our pizza nights. Why? Well it’s dry, fizzy and very easy to drink. It’s the most enjoyable back to back between pizza slice and wine sip. Try to understand!
Alcohol: 11% | Varieties: Malvasia, Trebbiano
Formica Gialla is such a pretty wine that it almost doesn’t feel like an orange wine. This is probably due to the fact that it has not been aged in oak barrels. Fiberglass instead allows the wine to keep its fruity aromas, gentle tannins and a salty edge.
Alcohol: 12.5% | Varieties: Malvasia, Trebbiano
Mario Rovira, in love with white grape varieties, makes Tosca de Lentejuela, a monovarietal white wine from Palomino Fino, from different plots located in the Sanlúcar de Barrameda area. His concern joins that of some small producers in the area focused on being able to reflect the typicality of the vineyard and recover its authenticity. Aged for 15 months under flower veil in barrels that previously contained Manzanilla. An unfortified wine where we can find evolution, expression of the flower veil, salinity and notes of smoke. Production: 350 bottles.
Alcohol: 12.8% | Variety: Fine Palomino
Bàrbara Forés En Moviment are wild wines born of freedom. Agroecology, wines with minimal intervention and very limited production. This orange wine has been made with 27 days of skin contact. The size of the plot is half a hectare. White Grenache vines from the 40s. While shy on the nose, it reveals a generously open and aromatic palate. Wine moves easily in your mouth, you want to keep it in as much as possible. It's amazing. You can feel that the wine is from old vines that produce grapes rich in aromas and sensations. A great surprise for all those orange wine lovers out there. Only 409 bottles made.
Alcohol: 12.5% | Variety: Garnacha Blanca
Bernardo with his 3ha in the DO Ribeiro continues to fight for native varieties and this white wine leaves no one indifferent. More than 7 varieties from the area, pressed and fermented. Biodynamic agriculture and maximum respect for the vineyards. A tasty and very creamy white wine. Recommended to pair with poultry-based dishes, pumpkin cream or some cured Manchego cheese. Very few bottles available. Pure wine madness.
Alcohol: 13% | Varieties: Treixadura, Lado, Loureira, Albilla, Godello, Silveiriña, Verdello
A wine made with Tardana and Macabeo, which provides a refreshing flavor. The harvests are carried out in two stages, between September and October. An orange wine with polished tannins and a delicate acidity that accompanies a long drink and a pleasant finish.
Alcohol: 11.5% | Varieties: Tardana, Macabeo
A Chardonnay wine with 6 months of aging on lees that is just incredible, one of the Spanish Chardonnays that I have enjoyed the most. Very tasty, it does not have much acidity but when you have it in your mouth its unctuousness makes you ask for more. A really great white wine with a medium-high body and a very pleasant finish.
Alcohol: 14.5% | Variety: Chardonnay
Parellada is a native grape from the Penedès region, slightly aromatic with great personality. This white wine has been aged in chestnut barrels (typical of the region) that provide body and elegance. It is a wine that adapts to any palate, tremendously natural.
Alcohol: 11% | Variety: Parellada
With only four days on its skins, this is really a borderline orange/white, since little extraction will have taken place in this short space of time. And yet this short period on the skins has clearly marked the wine's texture and aromatics. Giardino's wines brim with life and are always vibrant and fresh. Gaia is not exception.
Alcohol: 13% | Variety: Fiano
The soils, rich in deposits from the volcano of Mount Taburno, have rendered a fine-grained, intensely mineral wine with firm tannins and a long, salty finish. This Fra is one of the best wines we tried from Cantina Giardino. Big times!
Alcohol: 12% | Variety: Falanghina
Cascina degli Ulivi
A Demûa means "Have a good time" in the Genoese dialect. We are in front of an orange wine with a great personality, a wine of those that you find it difficult to forget. Alcohol: 13% | Varieties: Timorasso, Verdea, Bosco, Riesling Italico, Chasselas

Filagnotti from Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine macerated with the skins with a fresh entry on the palate. Tense, structured, and extraordinarly fresh, with a steely mouthfeel and bitey minerality. The result is extraordinarly delicate and fragrant with a great predisposition for aging. A wine, as Stefano Bellotti said, "capable of finding a balance between opposing concepts.

This wine is a true orange due to 20 days of skin contact. It has a good tannin and acidity that contrasts and brings freshness. Aromas of apricot, dried fruit and orange peel. It is a wine with personality, only for those who love the simplicity of sincere things. The perfect wine to spend a few hours during lunch time. Great with pasta amatriciana or dishes based on meat such as lamb or sirloin steak. It is recommended to shake the bottle before serving. Better to decant it. Cheers!
Alcohol: 13.5% | Varieties: Grillo, Catarratto, Zibibbo
After 5 years of experimenting, the Elios brothers have finally managed to give the Cataratto grape the revenge it deserved. This local grape has been mistreated for the last 20 years to grow more popular varieties. We decided to make a "cut with the past" (represented on the label by a Katana that cuts the grape into two parts), doing the opposite of the large cooperatives. A fresh orange wine, with good body and notes of thyme and rosemary. Pure Mediterranean essence.
Alcohol: 12.5% | Variety: Cattaratto

Due to its thickness Ribolla is simply one of the best grape variety when it comes to orange wine. Long days of skin contact make this wine a great example of orange, macerated white wine. His wines are profund and uncompromising, showing restaint and complexity. Tense, structured and savory. This is a wine from another era and world. We're lucky to have few bottles. Get yours before it sold out.
Alcohol: 13% | Variety: Ribolla Gialla
The name leaves no room for doubt. This wine is the result of a slow and abnormal alcoholic fermentation that unleashed lactic acid bacteria before the transformation of the sugars is complete, creating a strong, sharp and important acidity. The volatile acidity is certainly present but it is clean and gives this wine a refreshing character unusual for the Garganega grape. An extreme wine for those who are not looking for a necessarily comfortable wine.
Alcohol: 10.5% | Variety: Garganega
Oxid is the most daring and brutal wine of the Insolente family. An extreme wine that has an excessive and yet balanced oxidation, that's why we love it. It is not an easy wine and it is not recommended if it is your first experience with the most daring natural wine. On the other hand, if you want something that surprises you, Oxid is the wine you have been looking for.
Alcohol: 11.5% | Variety: Garganega

A surprising Riesling, with oxidative notes that give the wine personality. Aromas of white fruit, mineral and saline at the same time. Totally natural.
Alcohol: 13% | Variety: Riesling

Ismael's words: "When I requested the permit for this plot to put the grapes in the winery, from the government they told me that the vineyard is not registered and they cannot do anything for that harvest, I should ask for it the following year. Then it occurs to me not to declare the vineyard and put my grapes in the cellar at night as if I had stolen them, this illegality makes me imagine a wine with its own identity..." an illegal and frizzante wine!
Alcohol: n/d | Variety: Verdejo
The Rack concept arises from a commission to make a very rare wine, weird and funky, hence the name RACK. This style of wine is a very radical elaboration looking for the elasticity of the varietal to know its most extreme part in the sense of working the musts and fermentations with a very high turbidity, looking for a reduction. A difficult wine, not recommended for beginners, but for those of us who like wine and want new experiences!
Alcohol: 12% | Variety: Verdejo
Verdejo is one of the most cultivated varieties and it bears the "Spanish white wine" brand. This means that it is also one of the most exploited varieties with all the negatives that this entails. La Resistencia is the proof that things can be done well and sustainably. A white wine that makes you fall in love for being so direct, floral and perfect for a pairing that can range from rice with mushrooms to steamed cockles or omelette with clams. It's a winner!
